Avalon have a strict training policy ensuring all staff are fully trained and have the required accreditations before entering a site and commencing work.
Our policy is to ensure all staff have the certification for the area they are working in, but also the accreditation for any area they may reasonably be able to access, for example we provide Cargo Operative training and certification to all staff on a site that deal with airside cargo.
- All Staff Trained to Cargo Operative Level, 5 year and DBS checked before commencing work on site.
